A Little About Molly...

With over five decades of trusted relationships and expertise, I am a seasoned real estate professional who brings passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to my clients. Known for my honesty, integrity, and sharp mind, I consistently go the extra mile to ensure my clients' success. I’m not just a realtor but a trusted advisor whose guidance and opinions are highly valued.

Having worked alongside many professionals in the real estate industry, including those who didn’t quite embody the “go-getter” mentality, I stand out with my approach. I take my profession seriously and approach each transaction with the same enthusiasm, precision, and care. While some agents may simply do enough to get by, my relentless drive and work ethic set me apart. I’m not only motivated but thrive on delivering exceptional results, consistently putting in the extra effort that elevates me above the average realtor.

Whether it’s helping families relocate, assisting with home purchases, or preparing properties for sale, my approach is always professional, focused, and tailored to my clients' needs. I combine deep market knowledge with a personal touch, ensuring that each client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

I’m also the proud grandmother of four wonderful grandchildren. At home, I have a mini golden doodle named Mac, who takes it upon himself to chase squirrels and hunt for lizards. Mac especially loves being out in the garden with me, where I’m usually busy pulling weeds. He seems convinced that more lizards are hiding exactly where I’m weeding, and he often leaps into the flowers, pouncing with enthusiasm! In addition to gardening, working out with my trainer is high on my priority list, helping me stay energized and focused.

My clients often commend me for being resourceful, empathetic, and highly communicative, while my reputation as a go-getter has made me a trusted resource in the community. My work ethic and commitment to excellence are evident not only in my professional success but also in the lasting relationships I build with my clients.

“I think you want to join a company that’s going to be around forever. Berkshire Hathaway is built to be forever, it’s true of all our business that we own. You want to be part of an organization that’s not looking to sell out next week or next month or next year or where the place will crumble when the founders leave. In terms of permanence, we can't be beat. Not only can we not be topped by anyone, we can't be matched by anyone.”

St Johns County Communities

St. Johns County is a county in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2020 United States census, its population was 273,425. The county seat and most populous incorporated city is St. Augustine, although the nearby community, St. Johns, has a higher population. St. Johns County is part of the Jacksonville metropolitan area.

The county was established in 1821. It is one of the two original counties established after Florida was ceded to the United States, at the start of the Florida Territorial period, and corresponded roughly to the former colonial province of East Florida. It was named for the St. Johns River, which runs along its western border.

Today, St. Johns County primarily comprises residential bedroom communities for those who commute to Jacksonville. Tourism, primarily associated with St. Augustine and the many golf courses in the area, is the chief economic industry.
